Human Granzyme A
Granzyme A is the most abundant serine protease present in cytotoxic granules of cytotoxic T cells (CTL) and Natural killer (NK) cells and is involved in activation of inflammatory and cytotoxic pathways in target cells.

Purification: Purified from cytotoxic granules by differential solubilization and cation exchange chromatography. Dialyzed against 0.15 M NaCl and concentrated

Storage and Stability: Store at -80°C. Stable for at least 6 months when stored at -80°C. Properly stored enzyme is stable to one cycle of freeze-thaw. Dilute solution (e.g. 1-1000 ng/ml) should be used within 24 hours
Handling: For maximum product recovery after thawing, centrifuge the vial before opening the cap. After opening, prepare aliquots and store at -80°C
